    I like doing them because I can usually get my wife in on the process. I usually do the 5 gal multi-batch brew days with a few friends. I sure can't blame her for not wanting to hang out with a bunch of guys in someones garage, but a quick 1 gal brew in our kitchen seems to be more her speed. :)

    Just a guess here but I think Zach is referring to how quickly you are getting you wort cooled down after the boil? Please correct me if I'm wrong here since I'm still learning too. :)

    Roland's in the strip dist. used to have a pretty good selection as well. If you get a chance check out the water feature across the street from the Westin. It's right next to the DLL Convention center. I did the concrete testing for that. :)
