I wouldn't worry about the OG anymore. Take your reading now, and see if its within their FG range. Check again tomorrow or next day, if it hasn't changed (I would bet it doesn't) you are ready for bottle.

Do you think the lemonade and beer would separate once in the keg? What if left for a while? Kinda like oil and water? Just tossing other thoughts/possible issues out there.

From my reading on here the hydro reading can be incorrect if just floating in the primary. Extracting a sample with a thief an testing the hydro in there is more accurate. .
