all that came in my kit was perle hops so i guess we will see what happens...the guy at the shop told me this is one of his favorite recipes and has been brewing it for 13 years so we will see...how did yours taste

the only problem with starting a pipeline is that it will catch up to me and i will not have enough equipment and the bottles will get expensive if i have to buy 5 or 6 cases...any ideas...right now i just have a fermenter and a bottling bucket

my beer is in the fermenter and the airlock has totally stopped bubbling... its been a little over 72 since it first started bubbling...i checked the gravity and its right where it should be what should i do...also there is a greenish layer on top...is this normal

yeah i was leaning toward big easy...its a really recognizeable name and it pays homage to my great city

i like that one...never really thought about that thankss

yeah i think i might go with big easy brewing and do something with the new orleans skyline and maybe a fluer di lis

my brewery name is either going to be steele city because my last name is steele. or big easy brewery because i live in new orleans...which one do you guys suggest and any logo suggestions would be appreciated
