Looking for a cheaper plate chiller (20, 30, 40 plate or whatever) and maybe some spare kegging parts anyone has-- dual regulator, gas connects, etc. Send me a price, but please don't be offended if I say it's too expensive... I'm serious when I say I'm low on funds! Thanks! :mug:

Please critique my (revised) Winter Ale!

Hi everyone, I revamped my Winter Ale recipe-- would you mind critiquing it? I have a few questions (thoughts) right off the bat. Are the hop additions okay? I don't want too much aroma, but I do definitely want enough bitterness to balance out the sweetness. Secondly, I want to oak...

    First time designing recipe (IPA)

Gotcha, thanks! My LHBS has Citra in stock, so I think i'll go with 1oz Citra 1oz Centennial for the dryhop. I know I used 2oz Centennial late in the boil, but I think Citra & Centennial would be a good combination.

Awesome, thanks! Should my DHs match my hop profile? I really want to try Ahtanum (or Amarillo), so maybe 1oz Ahtanum (or Amarillo), 1oz Centennial 1 oz Cascade?

If I wanted to do maple syrup, could I use 2 pounds of that instead? Or maybe 1lb brown sugar 1lb maple syrup? I'm looking for flavor but also to increase the OG. Thanks!

Can I salvage my fridge for kegerator conversion?

Hey everyone, I picked up a fridge today that was supposed to be 5 cubic feet but ended up being 3... GE SFR03BAVBBB is the model. Can I still convert this into a kegerator that'll fit 2 corny kegs, or should I sell it and try to find something bigger? Thanks
