Go into your equipment profile and set the hop utilization to 100. You may need to reset the equipment profile on your recipe. If that doesn't fix the problem, either respond here or enter a bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/brewtarget Mik

Most of the fixes have been commited and rolled into HEAD. I'm not sure what the exact schedule is for releasing the bugfixes, but it should be soon.

Two responses. I have a fix for the first problem. We will need to discuss how we want to approach this. For the second problem, we don't support qt5 yet. It hasn't hit any of my development systems yet, so I don't even know what will happen. I would recommend going here...

It likely has to do with either your equipment setup or the temperature of the grains you entered when you setup the mash schedule. I would check to make sure the specific temp of your mashtun is approximately correct and the weight is mostly correct. Mik

1) Nope. As long as the extra boil was done before the hop schedule. 2) Dialing in your equipment is always a pain. Most likely, you don't have as much dead space in your mash tun as you have configured. On the equipment editor, adjust your lauter dead space until you get a better answer...

This may be a case of having a few different versions of Qt laying around. Make sure you only have one, and that one needs to be Qt 4.6 or later. If that doesn't turn out to be the case, let me know and I will dig deeper. Mik
