An Avantco IC3500 as the last piece of gear I need (for now) to start setting up my garage brew space. I have to finish a project inside first, get a plumber out for some plumbing changes in the garage and then it's time to get building!

I get that but I tried 3 different wall adapters before even emailing them.

I contacted them right away as the ol google machine didn’t seem to help. Hopefully they will get back to me soon. Brutal day today got canceled since I didn’t have a working thermometer. I’d rather not have to just go buy one if it’s a simple as a reset. However, really hoping to brew tomorrow.

The Lo goes away after just a couple seconds and the screen is blank. I tried a brand new probe and I tried all four probe ports on the display unit.

I had been watching Webrestarauntsore and the price of the IC3500 (even though it’s out of stock) went from that $190 to $270. So, add that to the mix as well.

It appears that the IC3500 is out of stock pretty much everywhere. I hope it’s just a supply level issue and not a discontinuation. Anyone have any suggestions for 3500w induction burner alternatives?
