    Brewferm IPA: Stuck fermentation?

    Hi, I changed the beer to a second bucket (it's there for 2 weeks now at 10ºC), hopping that the gravity would get a bit lower, but it remains at 1.018. Also I noticed a bit of a sweet taste, this probably means that it is not done yet? Is it late to add more yeast? Should I leave it like that???

    Thanks for replying :) By strong you mean gravity? It should be between 1.045 and 1.065... I tried to search on the forum for information about my question, but I got confused with all the things to take into consideration, about the size.
