BigAndo, the more I have been thinking about it, the more I believe I will make it that. Gone through a fair number of searches with no results.

I hope to do a Kolsch on Saturday, and help a friend with his first batch of homebrew, an Irish Red, on Sunday. Both 5 gallon batches. The blind leading the blind on this one. (Okay half serious, I have done at least 12 homebrews now)

I have to check around here. With as many micro-breweries and cheese places in Vermont there has to be something here.

Bourbon beer on top of it... "Build it and he will come". I think we just saw a bit of heaven, or Iowa there.

I have to admit, I've never heard of beer cheese.

Same here, think I might have a shopping spree coming on soon. Especially waiting to see the desert round.

I've seen some on amazon and it has sat in my wishlist for a little while. Never thought of using them for cooking.

Greetings from the snowy hills of Vermont. Been home brewing for a couple of months now and am loving it. Oddly, was in the process of making wine a couple of years ago (With homegrown wine vines) but lost it all during Hurricane Irene.
