I hope to do a Kolsch on Saturday, and help a friend with his first batch of homebrew, an Irish Red, on Sunday. Both 5 gallon batches.

Been home brewing for a couple of months now and am loving it.
Oddly, was in the process of making wine a couple of years ago (With homegrown wine vines) but lost it all during Hurricane Irene.
