How thick was the puree? was it mostly liquid with some pulp in it? I will be adding some to my carboy tonight. In hind site would you have tried to rack it to the keg using some sort of filter?

Would gelatin clear this up? if i release the pressure, open up the keg, and pour it in?

I just dumped the pellets into the carboy, and must have racked some of them into the keg. I didn't purposely transfer the hops to the keg, but i guess they didnt all settle out of the primary.

Ive dry hopped a couple times but my last batch doesnt seem to be clearing as well. I dry hopped with 1 oz of Cascade Pellets, in the primary, and let it sit for about 2 weeks. I racked to a keg and its been sitting at 40 degrees for about 2 more weeks. Pulled a couple pints to see how its...

I dry hop in the primary, i just leave it in the primary an extra two weeks or so after fermentation has completed.

I second the vote for downloading one of the tools. Beersmith will give you close step-by-step instructions for your brewday with temps.

Can someone tell me or show me a link to what tubing i should use to go from my keggle to my pump (and then into a CFC)? My pump is rated for High temp, and uses a 1/2 inch connector.

I would start out with more beverage line. You can always cut back, but 6 feet might be too short. depends on your fridge/freezer. I would start with about 8-9 feet per keg.

I drilled a second 1 inch hole in my 2inch tower to add a second faucet. They are not the same height and it was tough getting the lines connected and in there, but it worked and I have a two tap system. Worst case i think you buy a two tap tower sometime. It looks like 2 cornys will fit in...

Looks good. You going to have room to add a second tap for two corny's? :) So the coupler works fine? I need something like that, but was worried about it causing some foaming.

I plan on adding puree to my next ale, and am wondering what the consistancy is like. Will it fit throught the carboy neck?
