    Im on my 5th batch and use a 20qt pot with a 2.5g boil. Today brewing an Ipa with dme was the only close call I've had. Otherwise I have never had any problems.

    :mug: As I read this, I am currently drinking my Brewers Best Summer Ale, At first it was not what I expect but as it conditions in a keg it gets better every week. Again I love reading everyone posts and could spend many hours, maybe to many if there is such a thing on here. Cheers

    I will have to look into those kits, and I did what should have been a 2.5 gallon boil, but topped of with 2.5 water.

    Thank you for the fast response, so for now I could brew that recipe with 2.5 gallons just may have to add more hops. Is that correct? Some day I might go all grain but right now I want to break out of the extract kits and go to extract recipes.
