Best names for your beer batch?
I made a Dale's Pale Ale clone i called Dalish Palish Alish. Oh and I was hit by a surprise rain brewing outside while brewing an experimental pepper beer and got rain water in it. So I called it Fire and rain. It was terrible. Lol- firerat

What I did for beer today

Still new, but decided to ditch bottling and try kegging
Below the gas line is perfectly fine. A small suggestion from a guy with a 2 tap kegerator who is the only one drinking it, look to get some smaller kegs or perhaps be smaller batches. Or learn how to bottle off the keg. I don't know how much you drink, but for me a 5 gallon keg can last a...- firerat

So who's brewing this weekend?
Well the kveik I missed by .005 but I was using a new system so I'm not too upset. Dunkle was spot on. I really don't think I'm doing a double header again by myself. It was too much. With my brew buddy fine. But alone, no. First beers I've made in 2 years so it was nice to get back at it!!- firerat
