Actually, theres no correlation between lifting heavy and flexibility. You dont lose flexibility from lifting heavy. Everyone has different goals, there's people who have squatted heavy (by squat I mean parallel or bellow parallel, not 1/4 squats like 90% of people do) and have no issues...

I think it's worth it, but thats completely up to you. Cost can be somewhat high, but you save a lot of time. No more bottle day taking an hour or more, just rack to a keg. Theres a lot of issues that come with kegging as well, such as portability and you lose the simplicity of bottling.

As an add-on, took it apart and blew everything out with compressed air. There was a couple small shavings in there, wiped everything down, seems to be working fine now... Will have to see. Ordered the Chudnow Regulator Rebuild Kit from kegconnections so well see what transpires. Ill keep this...
