Are the carboys able to take pressure for transfering with co2

Has anyone used anything from these guys or know anything about their products. The have a ss fermenter that looks awesome (except the threaded valve port) and some other ss products for reasonable prices.

O ya thats what im talking abiut haha. The one I got is the 3000 watt 240 volt model. It great though cause now I can brew outside (cause my girlfriend kicked me out of the kitchen haha) without gas.

By plate do you mean one of the iron plates you put on the cooktops to make them work with non magnetic cook wear. If so I would say not well cause you loss efficiency with those. But it does work well but I heard the 1800 watt ones arent enough for a full boil on a 5 gallon batch.

Is the price still 300 just curious I might have a friend that is interested.

Just wanted to put this out for anyone who is considering brewing with a portable ineuction cooktop. After I did a lot of searching and talking to people I decided to go with the burton 6530. It is thier 3000 watt cooktop. I must say this thing is great for brewing. It fits my 8 gallon more...

I was looking at the burton 6530 its a 3000 watt unit that needs 240. From what I can tell this should have no problem with 5 gallon batches. Prob will take some time for a 10 gallon batch but with the induction burner I can insulate the pot which I have heard makes a pretty big difference.

I see that the brewrite kettles on the polar wear site are induction compatible are they the same pots

Very good. Im planning on cooking with an induction burner cause I cant use gas. Would these be induction compatible.

I hear ya brother im a firm believer in keeping jobs in this country. I have a degree and yet am working as a plumber cause I cant get something in my field.
