How long has been in the bottle? what temp are you storing them at?

Its possible that your wort was not mixxed up with your top off water as well as you thought its pretty common and unless you#1 did not get all your extract out of your can or have overshot the volume in the fermenter i wouldnt really worry about it yet its kinda hard to mess up your gravity on...

Try slowing your water flow down it sounds like you have no heat transfer

depending on ambient conditions its not a good idea to run your a.c. unless you have some sort of low ambient controls on the unit it can and will cause other issues such as compressor damage or a frozen evap coil that will melt and get water on your electronics or blower motor

There is no inexpensive way to move that coil and there are no fittings like there is on car. To do this correctly would cost way more than the fridge is worth the other ideas posted seem to be the way to go.

Where you are boiling your beer depends alot on what pot your going to use if you doing extract kits on the stove than a 4-5 gallon stock pot of some sort will work just fine.

Yes this is possible I have used to cheap stainless steel pots cut the bottom out of one and basically made a long strainer for my keggle works great
