Anyone ever seen a mill like this?

If the price is right, it might be worth it for the motor alone.

How to get that Nutty Flavor??

When your kegs only last 2 hours, it's time to brew 10-gallon batches! LOL! :tank:

    Delaware

You don't have to be a brewer to drink at a brewpub. :mug: And there are hundreds of homebrewers in DE. However, most of them don't participate on forums or join clubs.

Someone got sick of bottling his homebrew...

I had never heard of the Great River Brewery before. Now I have. So, perhaps some good will come of all the unfortunate publicity.

Will switching to AG alleviate that "homebrew" taste?

Why don't you want to find out what this mystery flavor is and how to correct it?

Will switching to AG alleviate that "homebrew" taste?

Another peeve I have with the original poster, when I look at this listing of "“Off” Flavors In Beer", I don't see that "homebrew" taste in there anywhere. To me, it would make sense to identify what that "homebrew" taste really is and then address that...

Will switching to AG alleviate that "homebrew" taste?

I wouldn't make that assumption. In fact, I would suggest if he's making bad beer with extract, he will make REALLY bad beer with AG. The AG process complicates things tremendously. I brewed extract for 20 years before going AG in the Spring of 2011. I was making consistently awesome brews...

    Repairing a wine fridge

I'm getting a similar clicking sound from a dead dorm fridge I'm using to cool a fermentation chamber. I hope someone knows of a way to fix it.

Anyone familiar with a fridge like this one?

Just joking! No, you don't know me. I read some of your earlier posts. :mug:

Hey, you've only been married a year. Is it too late to find another SWMBO? :cross:

Will switching to AG alleviate that "homebrew" taste?

I think we found the problem! I suggest you try White Labs or Wyeast, make a starter & pitch at 70-75F temps. Problem solved! :mug:

Will switching to AG alleviate that "homebrew" taste?

Since you can't describe what a "homebrew" taste is, I recommend you have more experienced brewers or certified beer judges taste you beer to see if they can tell you what they taste in your beer. Have you entered any of your beers in competitions? You would really hate to go through all the...
