so im trying to brew this today if i can. i have an oz of 1st goldings and an oz of uk challenger. they are both around 7% so what should i do. i was thinking about .5 oz challenger at 60 min and .5 oz challenger and 1 oz 1st goldings both at 15 min. any input?

its not mine thats an issue its my buddy's whose house i brew at. even my wife says she wishes i would brew at home but i just dont have much room, maybe once the shed where my firewood is cleaned out i can brew in there.

to help with getting the cut square take your measurements around the keg and use tape to make a cut line. then follow the tape around with a cutoff wheel.
