I try to catch that show as often as possible, its so interesting seeing the reasons why food cook and taste the way they do. Sadly i missed that episode, a couple of my buddies told me it was a really interesting episode, heres hoping for a rerun...

Being broke and in college meant I drank A LOT of Nati Light. When I had a couple extra pennies I sprang for Bud light. Although if I was at a party and it was free I didn't care what it was as long as it was cold. Thankfully those days are over :D

My buddies parents make glogg (spelling?) every year at there xmas party. I think its port, cherry, nuts, cinnamon and other spices all heated up on the stove. EXCELLENT on a cold winters night

Saturday a buddy and i are heading to Indy to take in a BWW that supposedly has 42 brews on tap, plus 100+ different in bottles. Sunday I'm hoping to brew up a Nut Brown Ale (unless im too hungover which is a definite possibility). Gotta rack my Porter into the secondary also. Maybe get a head...

I agree and it makes sense, all of the homebrewers ive ever met are laid back. Any club ive ever visited is laid back. I guess the type of people that get into something like this are just doing it for themselves and not trying to impress any one, when you get a bunch of people like that...

Ive been really curious of this lately too. Currently pencil and paper but ive been wanting to invest in a program that'll really get me making better tasting beers. Can't wait to see the results!

Wow, Dude! That is impressive!

I just use a plain old notebook and a pen. Keep things like ingrediants, gravity, step by step instructions and so on. If i do it, then i write it down. I assume it would be easier to do it on the computer but id be pretty upset if my computer crashed and i lost everything...

Photography is probably my number one overall hobby followed by music and cars (working on, learning about). Also been a railfan my whole life through since my dad got me started at about 3 years of age.

Man, i love this forum. Seems like everytime im planning on brewing something and have a question all i have to do is come here and there is already a topic started on it that answeres my questions :rolleyes:
