    Dunkles Weissbier Bavarian Dunkel

    Batch size is 5 gallons but lost some to bottom of fermenter. So you can adjust to a 5.5 gallon recipe through software to get you close to 5 gallons finshed.

    Bee Cave Pale Ale Hop Schedule

    I want to make a batch of Edwort's pale ale but with different hops. I have simcoe and amarillo on hand and would like to try it with those. Would this hop schedule be adequate for this recipe? If I figured it out right it will probably be a little more ibu's. Thanks for any insight. .5 oz...
