I emailed Williams Brewing directly yesterday. Thus far, no response. Not even an automated email. At this point, for the $48 RiteBrew wants for the 650SS FC, I am going to jump on that I think. Better customer service too. Never dealt with Williams and it's not looking like I will anytime...
