    A channel Knife is a great idea! (I had to look it up just to be sure lol) That makes things way easier. Ill have to try that.. I see a lot of people posting about "Orange Creamsicle" mead.. which sounds good but not really what i am looking for. Mainly just want a hint of orange flavor.
