    Went with nine ounces toasted oats. This went into the fermentor a nice rich brown color. I am curious on the coffee for a medium to strong coffee flavor I am thinking of one cup of cold brewed coffee per gallon. Too strong?

    here it is. A little lighter in color than I had hoped. A deep orange to light red in hue. This has a great body to it. Solid malt flavor. An extremely orange hop flavor. Light in the bitterness, I had this hopped to 55 ibus but it doesnt seem it. Love this though. this keg wont last long

    Im planning on partial mashing later today. 5 pounds british 2 row 3 pounds muntons light dme. 8oz. C-60 8oz. Chocolate. Toasting some rolled oats maybe half a pound or a pound. Coffee going in at kegging time. What do you guys think? Any major adjustments?

    Thoughts on all fuggle bipa

    I believe on youtube a guy named leedorham brewed a fuggles ipa. Homegrown hops. Very simple recipe but its something to kind of compare it to.

    Yeah, I dont understand that. Its not stellar by any means. But.it is.certainly drinkable and something I would never say no to. I feel they could do a little better in several of their, "mainstays" but theyre overall pretty decent
