    UPDATE: a taste from the primary gives a distinct clove and banana flavor, with more of clove, but not bad as I thought and not as bad as my friends wheat beers were. my beer is a dunkel weinsthepaner and cant wait to bottle and taste a better conditioned beer.

    update to the interested: Brewed this exactly as recipe said. Fell short a bit on the OG, probably dme stuck in the bag. Added 1oz of mosaic, 0.5oz cascade and maybe 0.25oz of centennial which i had lying around to whirlpool. Wort is super floral and citrusi with just the right amount of bittering.

    Looking for a recommended Triple Belgian Recipe

    Thanks for the explanation! I'll think of something and do it in my next batch, I'll keep you posted :) I do 5.5 gallons in a fermenting bucket. Since its a high abv, should I let it sit in secondary to age for a month? Or should I just let it sit in primary until bottling?
