I was attempting to snag the one on Craigslist. The customer service with picobrew is top notch. Warranty does transfer over, but picobrew confirms with the seller beforehand. They will support you if bought secondhand, but you are on your own making sure the device isn't damaged during shipping.

just made this a couple weeks ago. ended up a lil more liquid than I'd like (gal.. still dialing in boil off with new burner), but looks and smells great. Will chime in when I have something drinkable / worth sharing. -JT

How large was your batch? I'm looking to grab one of these for my kitchen for experimental batches. Do you guys know what other quick disconnects work with the ones that it comes with? When I add a couple to my order, shipping more than doubles ($20-$50). -JT

Long time lurker here. Buddy and I have been making variations of this recipe for a year and half. Thank you for putting this out! Funny, the longer we wait, the better this beer tastes! 18 mos with one we substituted honey for sugar came out the best.
