Don't mind at all. I got mine from Bobby at brewhardware.com . It's the TC integrated ripple element. Fits perfectly. So far works great. In a trial run last night it got me to strike water temp (162F in this case) in about 38 minutes even just running on 120v.

Has anyone got the alarm on the dspr300 working in deviation mode? I have no trouble with process mode but no luck in deviation mode.

Finally got a chance to fit my custom dip tube. Nice and tight to the lip and edge of the kettle.

Got my pickup tube cut and fitted. Nice and close and right over the lip. As close to perfect as I could hope. And I now have my custom EZBoil DSPR300 controller from BrauSupply.

I actually just recieved the BrauSupply 120v EZBoil with the DSPR300 and an additonal alarm buzzer wired to the relay. Ill post pictures and my thoughts when I get a chance to try it out.

Sooo... pH is a measure of free H+ ions present. When you microwaved the sample to heat it up, that heat actually increases the amount of free H+ ions. So the meter isn't necessarily wrong. The pH actually does go down when you heat a sample.
