    Failure to Launch a Brewery

Yea, distill instead of brew beer because you don't need chilling, tanks, space, etc. Sounds like you got it all figured out! hahaha!

    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

No. When You add the limeade it should ferment even more aggressive. And you made a starter? No idea what could've went wrong. Any sudden temp changes? Maybe give it a stir.

Missouri St. Louis City: Water Ph, treatment?

I've seen this report and am interested in tinkering with water profiles. Won't your number be off since they are just averages? I'm afraid to mess with it since I'm not certain about MY water. But you said you haven't had any issues? may give this a try. Have you used...

Coconut Milk DIPA - I have clues, but need help

Been in bottles for a week. It has an amazing coconut nose. Nice sweetness, slight booziness (you can tell it's a DIPA) good bitter balance. Very good beer. My fave IPA I've made. I'm sure it will smooth out and get better by next week. Will definitely be brewing again this season!

    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

First kegged beer. Tastes really clean. Expected more lime, my gf says it tastes like a sweet tart. I'm getting some phenols since it got a little hot while fermenting, but will be brewing this again. Very tasty summer beer. I ended up about 5% abv. Cheers!

Coconut Milk DIPA - I have clues, but need help

So I wasn't using the damn refractometer calculator. I've been hitting my numbers after all!:ban: I just bottled these lovelies last weekend. I tasted while bottling and it tastes SO GOOD! I would say that you should def use a muslin bag. Got so frustrated I left a bunch in the fermenter...

Coconut Milk DIPA - I have clues, but need help

I added the limeade in and while trying to pry the stopper out it somehow fell in  rigged a blowoff tube and it's goin! has anybody ever dropped the stopper in? Don't want it to affect the beer. The 3 gallon ones suck.

    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

Justbrewed a 3 gallon batch. BIAB og of 1.057 target was 1.052 :ban: used lemondrop hops instead of sorachi ace & wyeast 3333 German wheat(equivalent). Do I add the limeade after a day or 3 days?

    1 & 3 gallon BIAB beauties

I brewed a bunch of extracts a few years ago, but now I'm BIAB. I'm doing 3 gallon batches and 1 gallon batches. A few weeks ago I brewed an extract saison next to a BIAB version. I also brewed a 50/50 pale ale. Half extract (what was left) half biab. They're all bottled now and I'll be cracking...
