Nice build, im thinking of doing something similar. I have some questions, im not much of a sparky. why the capacitor, is it for motor startup. Also could you tell me the type of motor? Did it come with the gear reduction or is that seperate?

I made a cranberry belgian for thanksgiving and it turned out great, I called it cranberry sauce. Blueberrys sound like a great substitute. When I get back home to n.y. I'd be happy to upload the recipe if anyones interested

Its great to hear from some of you islanders. Its been great weather for brewing this winter. Plenty on tap in the shed. And theres an irish red on its way for st pats. If anyones out towards brookhaven i'd love to share a few brews
