    Looks great, I make a similar summer beer using 3lbs extra light DME, 1 lb rice solids, US-05 yeast and amylase enzyme in the secondary.

    Thanks, this is the best beer I ever made thanks to Yooper. I purchased Simcoe hops at my LHBS for the first batch. Went back to get some more for a second, and they were out of them. Told me they couldn't get them anymore.

    Congrats!!! I just tasted my first home brew, 1 week bottled. I already have 3 fermentors filled right now. My wife is gonna regret buying me a kit for Christmas. My LHBS is now my favorite place to visit. :mug:
