Just back from a 7 day cruise! Had a great time, but there was no gluten free beer to be had (and I wouldn't want it anyway, cuz it would probably be some sorghum syrup trash). However, this GF "Teffeweizen" has had time to fully carb and condition and is delicious...

Thanks a lot! Ivory Teff makes a pretty good wheat substitute. It's not fully carbed, but I'm leaving for vacation at 6 a.m. and didn't want to wait a week.

Is there another dry yeast that you would recommend? Liquid is not an option for me, so I've mostly been rocking Verdant. I tried the dry London Fog and didn't notice any big difference. And, I agree...that lagers are calling to me as well!

I've resisted turning on the A/C thus far, but that will definitely change. The humidity is brutal
