HB Dry Stout. It’s an AHA recipe Not convinced this is a stout. Drinks like a phenomenal brown

Brewing the Caramel Quad tomorrow. Started the starter last night. Will ferment with WLP550.

How did it hold up? I still have a few bottles from 2020 in the cellar. I was too busy last year with the twins being so little, I didn't get to brew this or my annual barleywine. But this year both are on the docket.....and the 2022 BOC Caramel Quad!

HB Belgian Stout. Brewed 09/21 Going to see The Mars Volta tomorrow night!!! Their first tour in a decade. Thought opening a HB bottle of Day of the Baphomet was appropriate.
