You can buy Epsom Salt from Wal-Mart, Target, or Costco. You can find it in the health section. Just make sure you don't buy those with perfume added.

Epsom salt, named for a bitter saline spring at Epsom in Surrey, England, is not actually salt but a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate. No, you cannot replace it with Kosher or Himalayan salt. They are different.

Grow hops in pots will limit their growth even in first year. Go for it in the ground as planned, see how the first year can fully do, then you can project coming seasons. Worst case, you cut them off by November, and you have clean open space again.

Would you please post more pictures of side and back views? A video of it in action would be perfect. Have you experienced any stuck cap like others have? The capper would pull up the bottle after a cap is crimped.

What was your mash temp?

How did you index the bottles and align them to the capper?
