Anyone out there using this system? Other than screenshots, I can't find any info on the software. 1/2 the website links are bad. Can you set a series of steps, IE.... 1) ramp up from groundwater temp to protein rest 2)ramp up to saccrafition rest and hold for 60 min 3)ramp up to 168 and hold...

So, for the penguin, you need to buy 4 separate pumps but the ssbrewtech chiller includes the 4 pumps in its design. Is that correct?

How much time to carb under those conditions? Is this the equivalent to cranking a keg to 30 for 48 hours? Im assuming the carb stone reduces the time, even at 12psi.
