This was a lot of fun! I'd definitely do it again, I'd like to do the lambic next go around since there's usually a lot of sour beer kicking around my house. In fact I have 12 gallons of my pale sour coming up to a boil right now that I kinda sorta earmarked for it.

Fruitcake Old Ale arrived safe and sound yesterday (didn't get home from my club's holiday party till late and didn't feel like posting by then)

I've never bothered to lock mine, I find the rusty nails and broken glass lying about handle things for me.

Could always go private sector, my wife did eventually, nice 300% raise. (Mind you manager of a McDonald's is a raise to a post doc). MIA neon ipa following my clubs holiday dinner.
