I understand that it is much more convenient to keg beer instaed of bottle it. But as far as the process goes, is there a huge difference? Do you still have to prime it in a keg? How long do you have to wait once it is kegged?
I guess the reason I transferred it more than once was to make sure I kept all of the "junk" out of the bottles.
It continued to bubble 3 days after I transferred it.
I just finished the same kit and it turned out excellent. I didn't follow the instructions exactly because i left it in the primary for one week and then transferred it to a secondary and let it set for a week. Very smooth, little to no after taste.:rockin:
