    I was thinking about doing the set and forget method and just carb it in 2-3 weeks. I do have time and i keep telling myself the time will make the beer better.

    Southern brown ale from BCS is in my fermeter at this moment. This will be my first batch with a fermentation chamber, and the first to go in to my new keggingsystem

    on saturday i will finally be brewing a batch of a southern english brown ale. I havent brewed since april this year, and that batch i dropped and spilled the whole damn batch out.

    i worked as a chef for 4 years and during that period i almost never cooked at home. a was so tierd of cooking for 8-12 hours a day that doing the same thing when a got home would have made me puke. but i quit 3 months ago and now i can enjoy cooking at home again.

    Brewing up a pale ale this morning.i am using the grainbill from da yoppers house pale ale and using simcoe and citra insted of cascade.i am going do to a doubble batch so it will be a 12 hour brew day:)

    Brewed this up yesterday.First stout i brewed and man did it smell good. When i drained the mash tun the wort smelled so good.It really smelled like brownies and coffee.
