    How would you split an extract batch if you were going to alter, say, some specialty grains or hops? would you just half the recipe and do 2 boils at the same time and then ferment two 2.5 gal. batches? im essentially at the same stage in brewing and i think thats a great idea! im going to try...

    Hello From NW Washington!

    hey all! I just dusted off my extract kit and brewed up a honey brown lager this weekend. Its the 4th batch ive made but i havent brewed in a couple years.     Blue Moon in cans.

    I saw these at a my local store too. I pulled a double take lol. I enjoy blue moon on occasion but i think it would feel like I was drinking Coors light if i had it in a can. : /
