Citra/Sorachi ace APA.I actually picked up more of a light clean citrus aroma from the Sorachi.The Citra had tropical with some musky notes.I would have thought it would be the other way around.

My first few batches there was no stopping me. When the airlock started,and beer in hand...Time to play Powerslave to get the yeast active. Good or bad,it was fun. I may have to wake up the newest batch....Plenty of great beer kegged?.... Any old rituals you cringe at?
