    What happens to wine

    So what happens to wine if you dont top it off with and leave some good 4 or 5 inches from the top of your carboy? Will this cause the wine to lose some of its alcohol? I bottled my wine last night and I had a glass to taste and I thought it was really weak...it has a watery taste to it...

    Last question…So Kegging the better.. No yeast sediment right? If I Keg my beer do I need to add the last corn sugar to it or the C02 does the carbonation instead.. Thanks guys

    It does not smell like wine yet and I dont know if it should by now since is my first time making wine. I just racked it for the 2nd time since fermentation and it still smells weir..it does not smell bad but it doesnt smell like a wine...
