    Just looked up the weight of a full keg and an empty shell. full keg is about 160 lbs, empty keg shell 29.7 lbs. Using my calculation , 29.7 lbs (keg shell) + 129 lbs (weight of beer) = 158.7 lbs. 1.3 pounds off, not to shabby.
