Dry January lasted almost 2 weeks. Just a sh!t-ton of bullsh!t to start the new year. Decided to treat myself with something new.

I had very slight hip pain on Thursday and the family tested on Christmas Eve before our (supposed) flights today. All negative but me - and mine was positive immediately. No fever, no pain, just a slight head fog is all. VRBO rental people were awesome and gave us a full refund.

Christmas trip to Phoenix cancelled. Just head cold symptoms. Lots of water right now.

Looking forward to the games. Illinois has a player from NE (who’s 6’4”) that my daughter played against her freshman year. And TX’s best player - and probably best player in the country (Eggleston) - played at the same club as my daughter when we lived in TN. She was dominant as a 15 yo.
