    Diacetyl Rest over---Beginning Secondary

It was bubbling through the airlock like once every 30 seconds towards the end of my diacetyl rest. Now that its in the secondary and heading back down (its at 58 degrees as of right now) it doesnt seem to be bubbling at all. Is everything ok?

Lager confusion, Rack to secondary then dactyl rest? co2?

Thank you, found a fire extinguisher place near my house for the co2 and I think I'll start my dactyl rest tomorrow when its at like 1 Bubble every 45-75 seconds. My krausen has dropped dramatically and my test sample tasted really good. Flat, but good.

as some of you already know-- i never took a hydrometer reading and everyone gave me real great advice on what to do next time. but what can i do this time to at least get the alcohol % of my brew? Why can't I just take a sample, drop my hydrometer in it- and look at the conversion chart that...

    bubbler airlock ?

Yeah, the pressure will eventually build up enough that a little bit of co2 will escape around the S bend and up through the vodka. I think my vodka is carbonated now because of all the co2 activity-- mine started bubbling once in a while then once every few minutes then once every minute...
