I Brewed Edwort's Haus Pale Ale today. This was my second all-grain, I hit all my temperatures and numbers so I'm crossing my fingers on this one. I didn't realize it was National Homebrew day, so now I'm even more stoked. A day of brewing all-grain wears me out, I guess I'm getting old...
