    Fresh mango ratio for apple cider

    Mango cider's are the best -- slight earthy taste but also some fruity sweetness. For 2 gallons I would (read, have) used 3-4 gallons of Mango in secondary fermenter. If you put it in the primary, all it will do is boost the SG. Side note, freeze it first and let it thaw in the cider.
