Tiny Brew House. Ultimate BIAB 110v System Build

I'm going to have to go ahead say you need your self a build thread. Where'd you get the neoprene? How much did it cost? How much does the tailor cost? Is it easily removable? How'd you lay it out around the all the fittings? Etc.

    Switching from BIAB to Keggle

Are you compacting your grain bed? When you open your valve do you do it slowly and gradually? If you go from closed to wide open too quickly the siphon can pull the grain bed down and slow/stop your run off. Keep in mind that in regard to "not coming out great and low abv" we'd need to know...

    Switching from BIAB to Keggle

For full volume mash that works great. If you do cold sparge that'll be fine too.

    Switching from BIAB to Keggle

I suspect that the biab in of it self is not your problem. It shouldn't take that long to drain your mash, what ID are your fittings? You're using a length of tubing to get a good siphon effect, right? You can buy pumps for under $100...

    Making a small sanitizer

It's my understanding that cloudiness isn't really a good indicator of its efficacy, to really know you need to check its pH.

I do this too. For my particlar bottle its 1.15ml star san to the bottles 25 fl oz fill line. You can read on posts in this forum or google all about star san shelf life, it's good until the pH comes above a certain point... I don't remember what that is off the top of my head. Any one here play in APA league?

I'm in total agreement about that. I would like to find a quality sneaky pete. I've never understood the need to shell out $$ for a cool design, it should all be about function.

Cheap eBIAB Stand W/ Integrated Power Concept

Here is a more complete picture of what I'm thinking at the moment: I've been debating on how I want to handle the 120 v side in regard to gfci. I've drawn it as using a standard 15a breaker and putting it in the spa panel, and then having a gfci outlet after that. This feels like the most...

Cheap eBIAB Stand W/ Integrated Power Concept

Where would you put the contactor, for what purpose? I'd still have the main 30 amp single throw toggle switch that is main power cutoff that we mentioned earlier.

Cheap eBIAB Stand W/ Integrated Power Concept

That's interesting, wish I had seen those before I purchased my leg levelers. Like I mentioned before I'm more concerned about being able to level the surface to keep my sight glass accurate than I am being able to roll it around. I'm approaching this whole thing like a kitchen appliance. The...
