I thought saniclean is a acid rinse sanitizer, not a cleaner. It's the no-foam version of starsan that op is looking for.
I won't argue that it hasn't been good enough for you but I'd argue it's not a sanitizer and definitely not a sterilizer.
Realistically it might be all that's needed...
No one is pushing around a newby and we're not critical of a cupcake beer. And as far as I know no one here has ever ran sewage through their system. I know you feel you've cleaned well enough but if it were me I would replace EVERYTHING that isn't metal. That includes valve innards, tubing...
At the very least you can salvage everything that's metal. If after cleaning with pbw and starsan and it isn't clean enough the metal parts can be thrown in the oven at 400F.

The dip tube can get clogged too. Doing just as you're doing I once had to take the keg post off and run a dip tube brush all the way through the tube. This was before I started filtering at the racking cane.
I have to ask, did you have a pressure relief valve open on the keg?
I agree it sounds like you're getting a clog. I'd put a filter on the end of the racking cane. Day_trippr has a post on the forum with pics of a good setup. Just take a peice of mesh fabric like from a paint strainer bag and wrap it around the end of the cane with a stainless steel washer or...
Where in Texas if you don't mind my asking?
Being from Texas my concern for you would be customers. When you say small town, my experience around here is that they are very loyal to their chosen flavor of BMC. This is purely anecdotal and I have NO experience in the business, just thinking out...

We're all friends here. I think he was legitimately interested in your actual calculations. You're both electricians, we know both of you know what you're talking about. The forum appreciates all professional input, especially in electrical.
I understand that you don't want biab and wont suggest it but I am quite curious now as to why you don't want it?
I would suggest RIMS over HERMS as well.

According to that you're looking at a voltage drop of 3.6v w/ a 50' #10 extension cord @ 120v. How does that translate at 240v?
