I know the question was about weight and several answers were given but if one has a syringe it's easy. 6ml per gallon water. I always have a spray bottle of Star san handy and add 1 1/2 ml to a quart of RO water.

I have a local shop I've supported for many years, so not silly at all. Silly would be to not look around for deals. Everyone has different lives and incomes where some being pragmatic is a must.
I like to taste the final sample just to see how it came out. Also to see how the bitterness level came out compared to what I was shooting for. Sometimes I have a taste and put the rest in the fridge to check the clarity the next day.
This is news to me about Morebeer moving to KC area. Does anyone know if they will have a brick and mortar walk-in store? That would be great to pick-up sacks of grain saving the shipping costs for me.
