Bottling with the Help of Dry Ice

It's available in grocery stores near me. I believe it's intended for use with ice cream and other food creations.

Bottling with the Help of Dry Ice

I like the ingenuity here. O2 makes for lousy IPAs for sure. Couple of process improvements you could make if you need to go even further. 1. Ferment in Better Bottles and get one of those CO2 injectors and rig up a valve on one of those orange caps and push the beer out with CO2. If you are...

Gah, I snoozed on the trigger and missed out on Dirty Dozen. Still looking to trade for some if anyone is willing.

    ECY34 "Dirty Dozen"--now what?

Anybody with this yeast willing to trade me some? I have ECY-03 Saison Brett, The Yeast Bay Vermont, ECY brux, ECY Kolsch, and Bug Farm from last year (which is Bug County ECY20). I also have some Brett Trois and maybe some other stuff. I'm willing to Buy one of the brett blends from Yeast Bay...

ISO: ECY Dirty Dozen FT: TYB Vermont, other ECY strains, see inside

I'm looking for ECY34 "Dirty Dozen" Brett Blend. I don't need much. I'm fine with a harvest off a starter or an aliquot. I have ECY-03 Saison Brett, The Yeast Bay Vermont, ECY brux, ECY Kolsch, and Bug Farm from last year (which is Bug County ECY20). I also have some Brett Trois and maybe...

how many taps do you have and how many do you want?

Have 3 and that's all my current Keezer will hold. I want 8 with the capability to hold 10-12 kegs. I'd settle for building it out a couple at a time with the space to hold all the kegs.

    Alpine Nelson Clone Attempt

CaraAroma has two A's in the middle. Pretty clear in the pic that bag only has 1 A in the middle. Pretty much has to be CARAFOAM. The F is on a fold so it looks weird, but the O and A in FOAM are pretty easily recognizable. No way on the M, it's just a blur. The buckets are definitely not Rye...

    ECY34 "Dirty Dozen"--now what?

I'm interested in peoples thoughts on what styles would be good with this blend as well. Pretty interesting stuff, maybe add with a sour mash for a fast pseudo lambic? What sort of Brett beer would be appropriate, something golden lightly hopped or brett IPA style?

    Atlanta Area Group Buy

I really like Twains. They have pool and darts and shuffleboard and some pretty good house brews and I really like their food. 3 taverns and blue tarp are package breweries on the same street as wine workshop. Check their tour hours. Brickstore pub is a world class beer bar. The square pub has...

    Atlanta Area Group Buy

The guy at schoolhouse really wants us to call him and said he would guarantee us the best price locally. I don't have the time to spearhead this thing unfortunately since I'm in the middle of starting a homebrew club, but I would like some wheat malt at least and maybe some other malt too.

    Atlanta Area Group Buy

Do you have a price list you can post? What would the minimum order be? Most of us buy base malt. Most popular is the cheapest 2 row (rahr), crisp Maris otter, wheat malt, and Belgian and/or German pilsner. Sometimes folks will split a bag of Munich or specialty grain.

    Atlanta Area Group Buy

There are enough folks in this thread that would buy bags to do a group buy at wine workshop. I'd be in for at least a bag, maybe two. They will split the order up and let everyone pay and pick up separately. I'm also interested in a 50# bucket of PBW if they can get it. Someone just needs to...

Starting a West Georgia Homebrew Club

That thought definitely crossed my mind. Also with the stupid alcohol laws in GA, it wouldn't surprise me if this was illegal. There was definitely some discussion about it surrounding the recent homebrew transportation bill.
