    Recommending Great Bottling Bottles (Swing-Top)

    In Portland, OR area, New Seasons store has the beer, along with another 2 german brands, all three great beers, swingtops. I use them for bottling, too, they work great. I also use .5l Grolsch, and 1l swingtops from the homebrew store.

    I tried it, and it happened just what you said, the cork popped out after some time.

    When cleaning bottles in a dishwasher

    The whole top comes off easy, wire-ceramic-gasket, so I take it off before washing the bottles in the dishwasher. It's also easier to clean/sanitize the gasket when it's off the bottle.
