    Attenuation Problems

Yeah, that's the main problem that I have with the under-attenuation. In the Hefeweizen the extra sweetness wasn't bad, but in the IPA and the Kölsch, it should really be pretty dry; the sweetness just doesn't fit the style very well.

    Attenuation Problems

I didn't actually write the pitching temps down, but they were all maybe 3-4F higher than the fermentation temps. How would that affect things?

    Bay Area Breweries

So I'm on a trip to CA and have a free day in my schedule. My plan was to head to a brewery or two in the area and sample some of the local brews. I know Anchor Steam is nearby, but wanted to know if there was anything else especially interesting or that I shouldn't miss. I could probably...

Good deals on stock pots and burners

So I'm just getting started with homebrewing and have been looking around trying to get the best deals on all of the equipment I need. I just ordered the 32 qt tamale pot (stock pot) linked below and it seems to be a great deal; it was $37 shipped and includes a lid. I thought that I would...

Can I fry chicken wings in my turkey fryer? Any one have any recipes?

The man is from Buffalo; he knows his wings. @RayInUT - Good to see someone who really takes their wings seriously. Excellent recipe and strikingly similar to my own.
