oops... i was thinking 3 packages of liquid extract not 3 pounds... each one was 3 lbs... so 9 lbs total of extract. OG reading was 1.071... so after ferment i would think i am looking at ~7% ABV

it came out to about 5.5 gallons when in primary bucket .... i guess i should also add that it was liquid malt extract too.
