    Brewhemoth Tri Clover Valves

Yeah I'm thing that's the route I'm going to use to for the CIP system. I'm going to clean by hand the first few batches since all this stainless is exploding the brewery budget. :D

    Brewhemoth Tri Clover Valves

Well i guess St. Pats is good in my book. I already received my parts from St. Pats. The stainless work on these TriClover parts is near perfect. Some of the best stainless work i have seen on parts for piping. Ill be ordering from them again if i need other fittings unless i want something they...

    Blueberry Cider

Whoa I forgot about this thread... At any rate I opened a few bottles recently of this that I had left aging since 2008/2009 when I brewed it. AMAZING!!! I was expecting to dump it out but apparently 2years plus of aging made the blueberry and apple mellow out and play nice. If I could buy it...

Great American Beer Fest - Denver CO

well i found a room last week for both friday and sat downtown. it cost me almost double what it has the last 3 years though as all the cheaper ones were sold out almost instantly i guess. SWMBO and I will be in staying up by new belgium thursday night if anyone else is in the area. then...

The stupidest comment on your beer

Yes. And to humor your extreme devils advocateness, I can also safely say that any microlevels of salt or salt derivatives would not be detectable over the level of hops in an imperial red... Nor the malt flavor. As I use distilled water the only way salt could enter anyway would be through if...

    Brewhemoth conicals?

Yeah I'm going to build a CIP system as well. I'm planning on building it so it's a circulating tri-clover attachable system. It might run me a few dollars but I live in a condo so compact and low water usage is key.

The stupidest comment on your beer

I'm still perplexed by the salt thing. After years in the restaurant industry I would like to think my pallet is trained well. Salt is just not something I can figure out when there is none. I tried my damnedest to quiz my friend to find out what he was really tasting so I knew what might have...

    Brewhemoth conicals?

Well I won't see mine until end of July... But I'm not too worried by the 4" top. While I would prefer 6"+ on top... 4" is basically the same as a corny so it seems like it shouldn't be that bad.

The stupidest comment on your beer

I wonder what Thats all about? I had a friend tell me an imperial red ale was salty recently. I was so confused.
